The Feb 2021 build runs fine, however the nov 2021 build hangs when I select Syndicate, Take a Drive or Minigames, it starts loading then appears to hang and gives the following error message:
Assertion failed. Couldn't lock surface: failed to copy surface to m_plocksurface!

I have a win10 system but no h: drive
